Sterling Ridge · Creekside Park · Alden Bridge · Carlton Woods
The Woodlands runs from established homes tucked into the pines in the original villages to newer builds in Creekside Park and estate homes behind the gates of Carlton Woods, and they need different treatments. The design starts from which one you actually have.
Tall pines decide what the street sees. Much of The Woodlands is built under a dense canopy of loblolly pines, and many homes sit back in the trees. Wrapping trunks and lighting the lower layers puts light where the street can see it, rather than on a roofline the forest hides.
Wooded lots need layers. Many Woodlands driveways curve through the trees and front yards are left natural. Driveway edges, wrapped trees and landscape accents bring the display forward so it starts at the curb instead of at the front door.
Village guidelines come first. The Woodlands' villages and neighborhood associations keep their own standards for exterior appearance. A clean, continuous roofline, consistent warm white and tidy runs fit the look of the street, and the design is planned to stay within your community's guidelines.
Built for Gulf Coast weather. Humidity, heavy rain and storm gusts move through all winter, and falling limbs and pine debris are part of life under the canopy. Commercial-grade weather-rated LEDs, secure clips and GFCI-safe timers keep it working, and anything knocked loose is serviced all season.

The Woodlands questions
Yes, and on most Woodlands lots it matters more than the roofline. Under a tall pine canopy the roof is partly hidden from the street, so wrapping trunks and lighting the lower layers is what makes the display visible from the road.
Every community is different, so we work from your neighborhood's guidelines rather than guess. Most Woodlands homes read best with a clean warm white roofline and lit trees, and the design is planned to fit what your community allows.
Yes. We work inside guard-gated and HOA communities regularly. We coordinate gate access and install timing with you ahead of time and keep the design within your community's guidelines.

Before you decide
You see it before it goes up. We walk your home, design to its architecture, and show you the plan and the price. Nothing is ordered or installed until you say yes.
No. Every clip is made for the surface it sits on — no nails, no staples, no screws. We are fully insured, and there is nothing to repair when the lights come down.
Call or text us and we come out. Service is included for the whole season, with no per-visit charge.
One walkthrough at your home. After that we handle the design, the install, the service calls, the takedown and the storage.
Installs begin October 1 and the calendar fills in the order homes are booked. The earlier you are on it, the more say you have over your install date.
