Memorial runs from large custom homes on wooded lots in the Villages to established neighborhoods along Memorial Drive and in Spring Branch, and they need different treatments. The design starts from which one you actually have.
Tall pines and oaks carry the display. Memorial lots are wooded, with tall pines and mature oaks between the house and the street. Wrapping trunks and lighting the trees along the drive brings the display out to the curb, so it is seen through the woods instead of hidden by them.
Homes set back need a planned approach. Many Memorial homes sit well back on long drives, so the entry, the drive and the front landscaping matter as much as the roofline. The design lights the path a guest actually takes, from the street to the front door.
Each village is its own small city. Piney Point, Hunters Creek, Bunker Hill, Hedwig, Spring Valley and Hilshire Village each set their own rules, and many streets are deed-restricted. Any approvals and access are arranged before install day, so the crew arrives expected and the display fits the guidelines.
Built for Houston storms. Heavy rain, Gulf humidity and wind gusts through tall trees are hard on equipment. Commercial-grade, weather-rated LEDs, secure clips and protected connections are chosen for those conditions, and steep custom rooflines get clips made for the surface.

Memorial questions
Yes. Much of our Memorial work is inside the Villages, including Piney Point, Hunters Creek and Bunker Hill. Each village is its own small city, so we arrange access and any approval ahead of install day, and the crew arrives expected with the work kept within the village and deed restriction guidelines.
Yes. On wooded Memorial lots the trees are part of the design. Wrapping the pines and oaks along the drive and lighting the entry carries the display out to the street, so it reads through the woods instead of disappearing behind them.
Yes. We use commercial-grade, weather-rated LEDs, secure no-damage clips and connections protected from the rain, and tree wraps are fastened to stay put in gusty weather. If a storm knocks anything out, we come back out at no charge.

We take it down, label it by section and store it until next season. Your garage stays empty and your weekend stays yours.

One walkthrough at your home. After that we handle the design, the install, the service calls, the takedown and the storage.
Installs begin October 1 and the calendar fills in the order homes are booked. The earlier you are on it, the more say you have over your install date.
